Applications

Energrease OG is for use in lubricating ail sizes of open gears in a temperature range of -30°C to 120°C. It also may be used in wheel bearings in temperatures up to 100°C, as a chassis lubricant, as a fifth wheel lubricant on articulated vehicles and as protective on standing wire ropes.

Not : The majority of the traditional open gear lubricants are black. Energrease OG gives a very lightly coloured, almost transparent film on the gear teeth. Because of this, some users may feel that the Energrease OG film is too thin to give good lubrication. The presence of an adequate film thickness may be demonstrated by channeling the grease film on the gear teeth with a matchstick.
