  • Mr. Len Hunt was appointed to the AMW Board of Directors on 23rd June 2009. He is presently the Chairman of Associated Motorways (Private) Limited. He is an American National. Mr. Len Hunt, is a seasoned Automotive professional with more than 30 years in the Automotive industry. Following graduation in 1978 (Sheffield University, UK, BA - Hons, Public Admin), Mr. Len Hunt's past experience spanned from the Rover Group to Jaguar and thereafter in 1994 he joined the Audi division of Volkswagen in the U.K. as Managing Director and then as Head of Audi in USA. Mr. Hunt thereafter moved to the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Volkswagen in America. In 2005 he was invited as Executive Vice President and COO of KIA Motors in America and then promoted to the position of CEO. He moved to Dubai to take up the position of Group Director, Automotive in the Al Futtaim Group of Companies. He has a tremendous depth of experience and knowledge of both ends of the automotive price spectrum. He has empowered a team of seasoned professionals to build on the enduring product / dealer experience for Automotive group's customers.

  • Mr. Anil Lakhani is a Senior Finance Professional being qualified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK, with 24 years experience in Retail, Real Estate and Trading sectors. He is the Finance Director of Associated Motorways (Private) Limited.   He worked as an Assistant Audit Manager in A.F. Ferguson handling various audit assignments of leading business houses such as Tata, Mahindra and GE Lighting from July 1993 to November 1995. He was the Assistant Manager Finance at Al-Futtaim Sons from October 1996 to September 2001. He joined Dubai Properties LLC which is a part of Dubai Holding Group as the Director Finance and Planning from September 2001 to June 2012. He was with Al-Futtaim Group since 2012 as General Manager Finance handling Retail vertical followed by Automotive.   During his work tenure he had worked with multi nationalities, geographies and start-up environment and he had managed teams to deliver business objectives and built sustainable performance standards in Finance and Commercial functions.

  • Abdulrahman Saqr is an Engineer by profession where he obtained a BS in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Indiana State University and worked in the Oil & Gas industry locally and overseas. Following ten years at various engineering posts at onshore and offshore locations Abdulrahman decided to change his career course with a move to the banking industry. Abdulrahman first joined Standard Chartered bank in Global Market as an Associate Director and then he moved to LloydsTSB bank as an Executive Director - UAE Business and Strategic Affairs where he served for six years. He later joined First Gulf Bank (FGB) as Senior Vice President & Head of Emiratization responsible for leading and developing the banks Emiratization strategy supporting a sustainable resourcing, development and engagement proposition for UAE Nationals across the organization. In 2015, he joined Al-Futtaim Group as the HR Director of Automotive Division and later expanded his role to Group Corporate Services where his responsibility is to lead and drive the Human Resources function with the main objective of providing an employee-oriented, high performing culture that emphasises productivity and high standards, goal attainment, as well as ongoing development for Automotive and Al-Futtaim group as a whole. Abdulrahman is an experienced executive in the field of strategic business and HR projects, Emiratization and broader Government & Public Affairs. He has won a number of prestigious awards and accolades across the field of HR and Emiratization in the UAE.

  • Colin William Cordery is a British national. He currently holds the role of Senior Managing Director International, Al-Futtaim Private Co. LLC with strategic P&L responsibility for ten automotive entities covering nine international markets across the GCC, East Africa & Asia. In total, he has spent the last eleven years serving the UAE headquartered conglomerate. His prior roles within Al-Futtaim included spells as Regional Managing Director, Al-Futtaim Honda, Managing Director, Trading Enterprises UAE and General Manager Financial Services UAE. In total, he offers more than 20 years of experience in the automotive sector with past assignments at the European manufacturer Peugeot and in the retail dealership sector in the UK. Colin is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh where he attained a Master of Arts with Honours. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer, walker and reader.
